Welcome to Advantage Auto Movers. By accessing or using our website advantageautomovers.com and our auto transport brokerage services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

Advantage Auto Movers operates as an auto transport broker, not a motor carrier. We connect customers with licensed, insured auto transport carriers registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). We do not own trucks or directly transport vehicles.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided on this website are estimates based on current market conditions
Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, route availability, season, and fuel costs
Prices are quoted in US dollars and do not include additional fees that may apply (e.g., inoperable vehicle surcharge, oversized vehicle fees)
We reserve the right to adjust pricing before a booking is confirmed

3. Booking and Cancellation

A booking is confirmed when you accept a quote and provide required information
Cancellation before carrier dispatch: no charge
Cancellation after carrier dispatch: may incur a cancellation fee (typically $50-$200)
Pickup window: carriers typically arrive within 1-5 business days of the scheduled date

4. Insurance and Liability

All carriers in our network maintain minimum $750,000 cargo insurance as required by FMCSA
Damage claims must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery
Claims should be filed directly with the carrier within 9 months of delivery
Advantage Auto Movers is not liable for damages caused by the carrier during transport
Personal items left in vehicles are NOT covered by carrier insurance

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
Ensure the vehicle is in operable condition (or disclose if inoperable)
Remove personal belongings and loose items from the vehicle
Ensure fuel tank is no more than 1/4 full
Disable toll transponders and parking passes
Have someone 18+ present for pickup and delivery

6. Prohibited Items

The following may not be shipped inside the vehicle: hazardous materials, firearms, illegal substances, perishable items, or items exceeding 100 lbs total weight.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, tools, and calculators — is the property of Advantage Auto Movers and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of shipping estimates, delivery dates, or carrier availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

Advantage Auto Movers’s total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid by you. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
